Hello again! Plenty of new photos in these busy crazy weeks:

•  We´ve been celebrating Peace Day and knowing a little bit more of Ghandi. 
• We had so much fun during the Carrera Solidaria, while helping people in Mali. 
• Carnival was a great time too: what a great circus at school!!! Lovely Manuel and his beautiful smile 
• Funny Science workshops: Thank you, Cristina!

And, in the meantime, we´ve visited Medusa for several different reasons. Students always love these visits, and we have been working on ads: Do they always fulfill what they promise?

• Hemos celebrado el Día de la Paz y averiguado más cosas sobra la vida de Ghandi.
• Nos divertimos mucho en La Carrera Solidaria, a la vez que ayudamos a los necesitados de Mali. 
• El Carnaval fue muy divertivo: el colegio se convirtió en un gran circo. Y nuestro querido Manuel nos regaló su preciosa sonrisa.

In this New Year we decided to start by playing, practicing and learning in an enjoyable way: the mini-teacher is always a good option, and children love it. They practice in turns questions and answers, improving their intonation and pronunciation.

In the fourth level, group A, they also worked in groups looking for information about different relevant people and characters of the English culture. After finding out about them, they explained to their mates who they are and why they are so significant. This way, they learn not only about the language, but also about the culture of English-speaking countries.

En este Nuevo Año recién estrenado decidimos empezar jugando, practicando y aprendiendo de manera divertida: el Mini-teacher es siempre un acierto y a los niños les encanta. Practican en parejas por turnos preguntas y respuestas, a la vez que mejoran la entonación y pronunciación. 

En 4ºA, además, trabajaron en grupos buscando información sobre determinados personajes relevantes, por diferentes razones, de la cultura inglesa. Después de averiguar quiénes son, expusieron el resultado de su investigación al resto de sus compañeros de clase. De este modo, no sólo aprenden el idioma, sino también amplían su conocimiento sobre la cultura de países de habla inglesa.

Christmas time is almost here! During these especial days we´ve been decorating the school and practicing our Christmas Carol, which they seem to love. I will post some videos related to this lovely period of the year. And I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
